- Sourcing & Vendor Development: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for crucial pump components like castings, impellers, motors, shafts, mechanical seals, and fasteners.
- Procurement Execution: Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO), negotiate pricing, and manage delivery lead times to align with manufacturing schedules.
- Quality & Cost Control: Monitor commodity market trends to secure the best pricing. Coordinate with the quality and design departments to ensure all bought-out parts meet strict engineering specifications.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure no stock-outs occur and handle the documentation process (GRN, invoices, and delivery challans).
- Expediting & Follow-Up: Proactively track orders and expedite delayed shipments to maintain 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) for the production floor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
