Position: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai Head Office
Experience: 7 to 9 Years (Mandatory)
Salary: 60-70K
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Drive direct hotel bookings through performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor, optimize, and manage campaign budgets to achieve the best ROI.
Create audience targeting, remarketing, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and revenue teams for campaign execution.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
Strong hands on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for better performance.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Mandatory Requirements
7 to 9 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory.
Proven track record of generating direct bookings through paid digital campaigns.
Experience in managing substantial advertising budgets.
