Lumeia is looking for a Growth Associate to support business development, outreach, and strategic growth initiatives.
We help businesses modernize how they operate through analytics, digital experiences, automation, operational systems, and smarter decision-making support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
- Researching companies and industries
- Building professional outreach campaigns
- Starting conversations and creating opportunities
- Managing lead pipelines and follow-ups
- Working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
What you’ll do:
- Research potential clients and partnerships
- Support LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Maintain lead tracking and CRM workflows
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Assist with proposals and business development initiatives
- Help build outbound growth systems for international markets
- Identify businesses with opportunities for operational or digital improvement
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Comfortable with online research and professional outreach
- Able to work independently and execute consistently
- Interest in tech, analytics, startups, consulting, or digital products
Bonus if you have experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Outbound lead generation or client coordination
- SaaS, analytics, websites, or consulting environments
