Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our manufacturing business. The role involves generating leads, coordinating with clients, explaining our products, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients to promote company products
- Handle inbound inquiries related to products, pricing, and orders
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly to customers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain customer database and call records in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding order status
- Address customer complaints and escalate when required
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial products is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & [Local Language]
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
