Purchase & Procurement Executive
We're looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to source raw materials for our hampers, gifts, and edible products — someone comfortable with fieldwork and backed by a solid vendor network.
What You'll Do
- Source and purchase raw materials for hampers, gifts, and edible items on schedule
- Handle bulk purchases (up to ₹2–3 lakhs/day) and manage a monthly budget of ₹50–60 lakhs
- Build and negotiate strong vendor relationships for better pricing and terms
- Research the market for new suppliers, products, and industry trends
- Represent the company at trade shows/exhibitions and travel for on-field purchases
- Maintain purchase records and share regular procurement reports
What You Need
- Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 6 months–1 year of procurement experience
- Strong English communication skills
- An existing network of industry/vendor contacts
- Comfort managing large budgets, negotiating, and traveling for fieldwork
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
