A. Project Planning & Implementation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual implementation plans.
- Coordinate implementation of all project components.
- Convert the Village Development Plan into actionable activities.
- Prepare activity-wise schedules, targets and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify implementation gaps and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with technical experts and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with Phoenix Foundation policies and project guidelines.
B. Village & Community Mobilisation
- Develop strong relationships with villagers and community leaders.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayat and village-level committees.
- Conduct village meetings, consultations and awareness programmes.
- Mobilise community participation in project activities.
- Facilitate formation/strengthening of SHGs, youth groups, farmer groups and village committees.
- Promote community ownership and contribution towards village development.
- Collect community feedback and incorporate it into programme planning.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
