S.N & Company is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in government, institutional, museum, and heritage projects to lead MEP planning, coordination, execution, and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV drawings with BOQ and GFC drawings.
✔ Identify and resolve MEP clashes with architectural and interior works.
✔ Manage technical queries, consultant coordination, and drawing approvals.
✔ Supervise MEP execution, testing & commissioning, and ensure quality compliance.
✔ Coordinate museum-specific systems including conservation HVAC, museum lighting, AV integration, CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm & Clean Agent systems.
✔ Prepare MEP BOQs, quantity take-offs, vendor evaluations, material reconciliation, MB entries, and RA Bills.
✔ Ensure timely procurement planning and seamless coordination with project schedules.
Desired Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant MEP execution experience.
- Experience in Government, Museum, Institutional, or Heritage Projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems.
- Ability to independently coordinate with Clients, Consultants, PMCs, and Vendors.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
