Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect
Experience: 2–3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Concept Development
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Create designs that are functional, aesthetic, and practical.
- 3D Visualization & Rendering
- Prepare high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs.
- Use SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and other design software.
- Present design concepts and 3D visuals to clients and management.
- Technical Drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and material details.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and follow project requirements.
- AI & Digital Design Tools
- Use AI tools for design, visualization, image generation, and video creation.
- Explore new technologies to improve design quality and presentation.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, architects, and other teams.
- Visit project sites to monitor design implementation.
- Ensure the execution matches the approved design and drawings.
- Material & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and colour schemes.
- Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations when required.
- Check materials and finishes at the site.
- Walkthroughs & Presentations
- Create design walkthrough videos and presentations.
- Explain concepts, layouts, materials, and design features clearly.
- Make revisions based on client/management feedback.
- Quality & Timeline Management
- Ensure design deliverables are completed within project timelines.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all drawings and visualizations.
- Identify design or execution issues and provide suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
