Job Description: Admission Counselor
School: Vishwajyot High School, Kharghar
Role: Admission Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Handle parent enquiries via phone, walk-ins, email, and school events.
- Counsel prospective parents about school philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and ensure an engaging, informative experience.
- Maintain enquiry data, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate admission tests, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Support planning and execution of admission campaigns, orientations, open houses, and outreach events.
- Maintain updated records on CRM/software and generate periodic admission reports.
- Build strong relationships with parents to ensure positive communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
