Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to help Zepfly grow through outbound outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition.
You’ll work directly with the founder and help connect businesses with Zepfly’s growth solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and outbound outreach
- Identify startups and businesses that need growth support
- Schedule discovery calls with prospects
- Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline tracking
- Explain Zepfly services clearly to potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams during onboarding
- Maintain CRM and outreach records
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with sales conversations and outreach
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Basic understanding of startups, marketing, or business growth
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
Preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach
- Interest in startups, SaaS, marketing, or automation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,791.51 per month
