What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives & Associate Managers
2. Drive monthly targets and high-value deal closures
3. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pitch to site visit to conversion
4. Personally manage key HNI clients and strategic relationships
5. Train and upskill the team on product knowledge, CRM, and client handling
6. Track performance metrics and ensure CRM hygiene & sales discipline
What You Bring:
1. 3–6 years of sales experience in real estate (min. 1 year managing a team)
2. A proven track record of closing deals & exceeding targets
3. Strong grip on Bangalore’s premium residential market
4. Excellent communication, negotiation & team management skills
5. Comfortable with CRM tools and data-backed decision-making
