We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable study abroad programs and manage the complete admission journey. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, sales, and leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
- Handle walk-ins, inbound and outbound calls, and online inquiries.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Guide students through the admission, documentation, and application process.
- Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Mentor and support junior academic counselors to improve team performance.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, visa policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in academic counseling, study abroad consulting, admissions, or education sales.

- Proven track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior counselors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple student applications efficiently.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
