Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Inspect used vehicles and explain service/repair requirements to customers
- Coordinate with workshop, vendors, and internal teams for timely service completion
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and follow up on approvals
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Handle customer queries and provide regular service updates
- Maintain service records and documentation in ERP/software
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
