Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and office documentation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Support HR and administration activities as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
