Job Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet consistent standards of quality. They develop and implement quality control systems, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS)
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Analyze data and prepare quality reports for management
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures
- Work with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve quality
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Continuously improve processes to enhance product quality and efficiency
Pay: ₹10,672.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
