Graphic Designer / Video Animator – E-Learning (Corporate L&D)
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer / Video Animator to design engaging visual and animated content for corporate learning and e-learning programs. The ideal candidate will transform instructional concepts into impactful graphics, motion visuals, and training videos that enhance learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, and branded visual assets for e-learning modules
- Create 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos for training content
- Edit and produce high-quality training/tutorial videos
- Develop visual concepts based on instructional scripts
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to align visuals with learning objectives
- Optimize multimedia content for LMS, web, mobile, and SCORM platforms
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design/video animation
- Experience in E-Learning / EdTech / Corporate Training preferred
- Portfolio showcasing animation and design work required
Preferred Tools / Added Advantage
- Adobe Animate / Camtasia / AI tools for image and video generation
- Articulate Storyline / Rise will be a plus
- Knowledge of instructional design is a plus
