Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Leader / Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused candidates to manage incoming leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in driving property bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, lead conversion abilities, and experience in handling customer inquiries for residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, references, and other sources.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and offers to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Update CRM with customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, site visit, and conversion targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on lead status and performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
Experience:
2 -10 years of experience.
