3 – 7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong experience in W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills
Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
