About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling workplace solutions and office furniture products to corporate clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Handling & Sales Process
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable workplace furniture solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support projects from initial enquiry to final installation.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Track competitor activities and industry trends.
- Promote Featherlite products and solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Interior Sales / Furniture Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with experience handling corporate clients.
- Knowledge of office interiors, furniture, or workspace solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong networking and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
