Job description:
Full Stack Developer with 3-6 months of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role is open to candidates from both technical and non-technical educational backgrounds who have demonstrated strong practical expertise in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Work with MongoDB for database design, schema modeling, and performance optimization
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, authentication systems)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussion
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Chemistry, or any related/non-related field
- Candidates from non-technical backgrounds (e.g., Chemistry) who have transitioned into software development are encouraged to apply
- Experience working on real-world or production-level applications
