Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be the first voice of Alt DRX for prospective investors — generating interest, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into active investors. You will also support existing customers with queries and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective investors from provided leads and databases to introduce Alt DRX's investment opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the Alt DRX platform, products, and investment process
- Qualify leads and identify investor intent, interest level, and readiness to invest
- Explain fractional real estate concepts, product offerings (TradeX, Private Opportunity, Savings), and returns in a clear and compelling manner
- Follow up diligently with warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move them through the sales funnel
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the field sales and onboarding teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Collect feedback from prospects and customers and relay insights to the sales leadership team
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, Alt DRX product updates, and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (fintech/real estate exposure is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi or other regional languages are an added advantage
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic phone manner with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer literacy — comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand investor needs quickly
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and high ownership
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling financial products — mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, or real estate
- Familiarity with investment concepts such as IRR, rental yields, and asset appreciation
- Experience working with a CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
