- Manage customer interactions from booking to possession.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams for smooth customer service.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups and payment reminders.
- Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and registration processes.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and possession handovers.
- Maintain MIS reports and customer databases.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
