Job Overview:
We are looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate (BDA) In this role, you will interact with students and parents, understand their academic goals, and guide them toward the right programs in Science (NEET, JEE, CET) and Commerce (CA Foundation).
As the first point of contact, your ability to communicate clearly and build trust will play a key role in helping students make informed decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs and career pathways
- Handle calls, walk-ins, and marketing leads
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Build and maintain consistent follow-ups until admission closure
- Work towards monthly and quarterly admission goals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Counseling / Business Development / Sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
- Interest in the education sector and student interaction
Compensation & Growth:
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month
