Job Title: Telecalling & Customer Support Intern
Location: Vasai
Internship Duration: 3Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and order confirmation.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and support tickets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare daily call reports and customer interaction summaries.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
