Artix Mart Private Limited is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive and result-oriented professional who can coordinate logistics operations, manage transportation activities, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with transport partners.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain logistics records and operational documentation.
- Support freight optimization and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and updates.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Operations.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month.
