Application Management:
Overseeing operations and support for Fiserv and other applications under Corporate & SME Finance, ensuring stability and performance.
Tracking and driving the Projects, Status publishing, challenges, cost status, Budget tracking, Business Benefits measurement, Usage measurement for all the projects.
Support documentation, monitoring, and reporting activities to maintain adherence and readiness for internal and external audits.
Application Support & Monitoring:
Providing proactive monitoring and support for all scoped applications to ensure uninterrupted service & delivery.
Architecture improvement – Suggestion/solutions from tech landscape – to improve time and Cost
Active Participation in DR Drill activities.
Project Implementation, Change Request, System Enhancement for the scoped Application & Vendor Management:
Coordinating with external vendors as well as internal business Stakeholders for issue resolution, service delivery and performance tracking.
Timely execution of assigned projects in alignment with the TCL framework.
Ensure operational execution of internal business processes aligned with IT governance, compliance, and audit standards.
Functional Competencies
Experience as a techno-functional expert for banks/NBFCs in lending domain is a must
Understanding of loan products and their lifecycle and their implementation in core applications LOS and LMS.
