Job Title: Sales Coordinator (FMCG)
Location: Transport Nagar, Jaipur
Job Summary
The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing orders, coordinating with
distributors/retailers, tracking sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This
role is critical in maintaining communication between the field sales team and internal
departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales executives and distributors for order processing
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS data
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Handle order entry, invoicing, and dispatch follow-ups
- Communicate with clients/retailers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
- Assist in planning promotions and schemes for products
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Prepare sales presentations and reports for management
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
