Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – IT Software Solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business development, key account management, and achieving revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
This role requires strong expertise in B2B SaaS sales, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals within technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute territory and industry-focused sales strategies.
- Identify new industry verticals and emerging market opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, networking forums, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales positioning.
4. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Forecast revenue and provide periodic sales performance reports to leadership.
- Analyze conversion ratios and optimize the sales process.
- Track KPIs and implement corrective strategies where needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT software / SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs and decision-makers.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, AI-based solutions, or custom enterprise software.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate clear business value.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
