Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead sales, drive business growth, and manage end-to-end residential real estate operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure revenue growth and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily activities including calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
- Drive team performance through motivation, training, and accountability.
- Support in closing high-value deals and handling premium/HNI clients.
- Track conversion ratios and continuously improve sales processes.
2. Team Handling & Leadership
- Supervise Sales, Resale, CRM, and Digital Coordination teams.
- Conduct daily reviews and weekly performance evaluations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and a positive team culture.
3. Real Estate Operations
- Coordinate with builders and channel partners for inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to booking and registration.
- Manage site visits, customer experience, and documentation flow.
- Oversee pre-launch, launch, and under-construction project sales.
4. Lead & CRM Management
- Monitor lead distribution and follow-up systems.
- Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries.
- Track lead quality, engagement, and funnel performance.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes.
5. Business Development
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Expand channel partner network and referral alliances.
- Drive growth strategies in Bangalore and emerging markets.
6. Client Engagement & Deal Closure
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and proposal discussions.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure successful deal closures aligned with company goals.
7. Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Recommend sales strategies, incentive plans, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue planning and expansion.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors and repeat clients.
- Deliver a premium and professional customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Team Management
- Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Bangalore real estate market preferred
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operations efficiently

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
