We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and assisting candidates throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in candidates.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain admission records and update student databases.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Malayalam is mandatory (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
