The ABA Film Extrusion Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the ABA blown film extrusion machine to produce high-quality poly film rolls used for manufacturing polybags. The operator ensures smooth machine performance, correct film thickness, color, and quality as per production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the ABA Blown Film Extrusion Machine according to production specifications.
- Monitor film gauge, width, color, and quality throughout production.
- Load raw materials (LDPE, LLDPE, masterbatch, etc.) as per formulation and production order.
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, speed, air pressure, etc.) to maintain quality output.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance.
- Detect and troubleshoot film defects (like gauge variation, gels, air bubbles, or wrinkles).
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or breakdowns.
- Record daily production data — quantity, downtime, material usage, and wastage.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures in the production area.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the machine area.
- Experience in cutting and sealing machine
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in ABA or Blown Film Extrusion Machine operation.
- Knowledge of film extrusion process parameters and material blending.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
