Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and project coordination for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, functional, and code-compliant designs while ensuring seamless coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams from concept to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop concept plans based on project requirements and management expectations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all project designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Review contractor drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Optimize space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and project efficiency.
- Support project approvals and liaison activities with municipal and statutory authorities.
- Manage project timelines, design schedules, budgets, and design modifications.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and project updates to management as required.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design and execution teams for successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of residential and commercial building design.
- Good understanding of construction materials, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Experience in preparing sanction drawings and handling local approval processes.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Experience in end-to-end architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong exposure to site execution, consultant management, and statutory approvals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
