Key Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech (Mechanical) or a strong core Mechanical background is mandatory.
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year to 3 Years of practical experience as a supervisor in a production or manufacturing plant.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and willing to work in Rotational Shifts (Standard 8-hour shift with extra Overtime benefits).
- Location Constraint: We are strictly looking for local or nearby candidates from Sampla, Rohtak, or adjacent areas who can commute daily. (Candidates requiring relocation will NOT be considered).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor.
- Managing shop-floor manpower and ensuring daily production targets are met on time.
- Maintaining quality standards and safety protocols during the shift.
- Reporting daily production data to the department head.
