We are looking for a Client Partner who can strengthen client relationships while ensuring deployed resources remain aligned, engaged, and accountable to client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and act as Grey Chain AI’s primary point of contact for account health
- Conduct regular client connects to understand feedback, satisfaction levels, concerns, and upcoming requirements
- Stay closely connected with resources deployed with clients to understand workload, challenges, and support requirements
- Track client feedback on resource performance, communication, ownership, and overall fit
- Collaborate with internal managers and HR to address performance concerns, behavioral issues, absenteeism, or client escalations
- Drive follow-ups on performance improvement plans and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Support resource extensions, replacements, backfills, and transitions in coordination with internal teams
- Identify early signs of client dissatisfaction or employee disengagement and proactively intervene before escalation
- Maintain clear account-level documentation, feedback records, and action trackers
- Share periodic updates with leadership on client health, resource performance, risks, and opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, resource management, HR operations, or delivery coordination
- Experience in IT services, consulting, staffing, or resource augmentation environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with clients and employees with maturity and confidence
- Strong follow-through, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
