Urgent Hiring – Production Head
MK Cleanroom Project Pvt. Ltd. (MKCRP) is looking for an exceptional Production Head to lead and scale our manufacturing operations.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 10+ Years (Mandatory)
Industry Preference: Cleanroom, HVAC, Pharma Equipment, Precision Fabrication, Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
✅ Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
✅ Expertise in CNC Programming & CNC Machine Operations
✅ Hands-on experience with Laser Cutting, Bending, Welding & Fabrication Processes
✅ Ability to optimize productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
✅ Experience in managing large production teams and shop-floor operations
✅ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Practices
✅ Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and production costing
✅ Experience in ERP-based production management
✅ Ability to establish SOPs, production KPIs, and quality standards
