Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for investors.
- Provide accurate information regarding share trading, equity investments, and account-related queries.
- Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Account Management
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide timely updates on transactions, settlements, and account status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in trades or payments.
Advisory & Guidance
- Educate clients on equity market processes, trading platforms, and investment options.
- Guide clients through technical issues related to trading software or online portals.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies while advising clients.
Issue Resolution
- Address complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Track resolution timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide proactive follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
Operational Support
- Assist in preparing reports on client queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support sales and trading teams with client coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of back-office operations related to equity transactions.
Pay: ₹19,641.52 - ₹31,598.63 per month
