We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Marketing to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in the Transformer, C2C, APFC Panel, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Products industry.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, generating leads, promoting products, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Promote and sell Transformers, C2C solutions, APFC Panels, and other electrical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales successfully.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in Transformer, C2C, APFC Panel, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Products is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
