Eligibility criteria for Interview:-
THE CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED PERMANENTLY IN LUCKNOW AND WHO LIVES IN NEAR AREA OF ALAMBAGH WILL PREFER.
Skills:-
- Speaking fluently in English also good in written.
- Working knowledge of MS-Excel.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Associates.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
- Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved and forward the concern department by him/her.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

Salary:- Rs.15,000-20,000/- pm + Incentives + PF +others.
