About the Role
We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller Intern to support our real estate operations by engaging with prospective tenants and property owners. The role primarily involves making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, scheduling property visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking in English, enjoy interacting with people, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective tenants and property owners.
- Understand customer requirements and gather relevant information.
- Explain Urban Broker's services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule property visits for interested tenants.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update lead details in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer requirements and visit schedules.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong Hindi communication skills.
- Comfortable making 80–150 calls per day.
- Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, customer service, or inside sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Interest in customer-facing roles and communication-based work.
