Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Coordination Executive to support the smooth execution of project activities by coordinating with site teams, workers, vendors, and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting site-related information, maintaining machinery records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication between the office and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers regarding daily site activities.
- Collect and maintain records of machinery deployed at various project sites.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manpower, machinery, and site progress.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for material and equipment requirements.
- Follow up with site teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documents.
- Maintain project files, records, and MIS reports.
- Assist management in preparing project-related documentation and presentations.
- Ensure proper communication between the head office and project sites.
- Support project mobilization and administrative activities as assigned.
- Perform any other coordination and documentation tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree).
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in project/site coordination are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and construction site operations will be an added advantage.
