Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Halol (Local Candidate Preferred) 12 Hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage production activities, maintain accurate production data, and control process wastage. The role involves collaborating with the production team and senior management to understand requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production as per process sheets to meet required quantity, quality, and timelines
- Provide dispatch commitments and ensure follow-up to achieve on-time delivery
- Manage assembly operations including table assembly, glass assembly, puff filling, and final assembly
- Troubleshoot process and product issues in coordination with relevant process owners
- Plan manpower, machines, and other resources to achieve targeted production
- Ensure availability of raw materials, machines, and consumables for uninterrupted production
- Drive productivity improvements and optimize machine tool utilization
- Maintain and update daily production records and report to management
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD design & Excel.
- Support ISO and GC Mark audits and ensure compliance
Educational Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience: 2 to 5 years of production experience in manufacturing
CTC: ₹2.0 – 4.0 LPA
Based on interview performance and candidate's experience
- Freshers with strong aptitude may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance and technical aptitude.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
