- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events.
- Prepare incident investigation reports and root cause analysis.
- Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Ensure emergency response and evacuation plans are in place.
- Lead emergency drills, including fire and rescue drills.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Review work permits such as Hot Work, Confined Space, and Work at Height permits.
- Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Track and analyze safety performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure first aid and emergency equipment are available and maintained.
- Participate in project planning to integrate safety requirements.
- Prepare monthly safety reports and management presentations.
- Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other HSE management systems.
- Lead the safety team and provide guidance to safety officers and supervisors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,755.20 per month
