What will you do:

Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET 8+, WPF, and MVVM architecture for connected healthcare solutions.

Develop and integrate gRPC and REST-based services to enable communication between medical devices, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.

Build and support integrations with enterprise messaging platforms, and hospital workflow solutions.

Develop AI-enabled features leveraging AI Speech/Voice Services, OCR/Document Intelligence, and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with Product, Systems, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software while participating in code reviews, design reviews, and Agile development activities.
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field with 4–7 years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8+, and WPF.
-
Experience implementing MVVM, dependency injection, multithreading, and asynchronous programming patterns.
-
Experience developing and consuming gRPC and REST APIs.
-
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest).

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.

Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex distributed or client-server applications.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating Voice AI and Generative AI solutions, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice command frameworks, and OpenAI/LLM-based applications.

Experience developing or integrating AI/ML-powered analytics solutions, including conversational AI, intelligent workflow automation, predictive analytics, and enterprise analytics platforms.

Hands-on experience with OCR and Intelligent Document Processing technologies for data extraction and workflow automation.

Experience building hospital enterprise integrations using event-driven architectures, enterprise messaging, notification, alerting, and cross-system communication frameworks.

Experience integrating with EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech) and implementing healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM to support clinical workflow integration
