Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Export Logistics to independently manage day-to-day export documentation, shipment coordination, customs processes, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in export logistics and documentation, preferably within the Home Décor / Handicraft Export industry, with prior experience handling U.S. buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export documentation and shipment bookings.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Handle customs clearance documentation and coordination.
- Manage buyer portals and online export documentation.
- Handle FCR / OFCR and related shipment documentation.
- Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure timely documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of export shipments and logistics activities.
- Independently manage routine export logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, buyers, and external logistics partners as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Export Logistics / Export Documentation.
- Hands-on experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Experience coordinating with CHA and Freight Forwarders.
- Knowledge of customs clearance and export procedures.
- Experience with U.S. buyers – Mandatory.
- Experience in Home Décor / Handicraft Export industry – Mandatory.
- Comfortable working with online buyer portals and documentation systems.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day export logistics activities.
Education
Graduate degree/diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with relevant export-logistics experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
