Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and generate revenue.
- Handle customer relationships and channel partners.
- Monitor CRM, sales reports, and team performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and CRM teams for lead generation.
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Negotiable based on experience).
