- Planning & Design: Analyze survey reports, maps, soil compositions, and geological data to create blueprints using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshoot emerging deficiencies, and guarantee adherence to technical specifications.
- Budget & Cost Estimation: Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs to manage the overall project budget.
- Risk & Compliance: Assess environmental impacts and safety hazards, ensuring OSHA / local safety standards are strictly followed.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local government authorities.
Experience - experience or highway or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of pavement design techniques
Experience working with government or large infrastructure firms
