Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Process Management
- Oversee daily operations of platforms, courses, or educational services
- Design and improve workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Monitor operational performance and resolve bottlenecks
In real roles, this includes managing systems like enrollment, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth functioning
2. Data & Systems Management
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM tools
- Track and analyze operational data (enrollments, engagement, completion rates)
- Generate reports for leadership and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and system integration
Many EdTech ops roles involve maintaining systems and analyzing operational data regularly
3. Customer / Student Operations
- Oversee student onboarding, enrollment, and support processes
- Improve user experience across the learning journey
- Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate communication with students, parents, or institutions
Some roles specifically focus on optimizing the student journey and engagement workflows
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with product, tech, content, marketing, and sales teams
- Ensure alignment between educational content delivery and platform capabilities
- Coordinate launches of new courses, features, or programs
5. Project & Program Management
- Lead operational projects (new platform rollout, course launches, partnerships)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives
6. Vendor & Resource Management
- Manage third-party vendors (content providers, tech tools, instructors)
- Handle procurement and operational resources
- Ensure cost efficiency
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with education standards and data privacy laws
- Maintain quality of courses, content delivery, and user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8+ years in operations, project management, or EdTech roles
- Strong understanding of EdTech platforms / LMS / SaaS tools
- Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, CRM tools)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Edutech and startups or scaling companies
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Moodle, or Google Workspace
- Understanding of online learning models and user behavior
Pay: ₹15,159.05 - ₹58,351.50 per month
