About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Panel Sales professional with strong exposure to LV/MV Electrical Panels, EPC projects, industrial electrical solutions, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for business development, techno-commercial discussions, client coordination, and achieving sales targets for electrical panel products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities for Electrical Panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, LT Panels, and Distribution Boards.
- Identify and develop new clients from industries such as EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, commercial buildings, and industrial projects.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation and order execution.
- Understand client specifications, tender documents, and BOQs for panel-related requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote products and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize orders with clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Panels and industrial electrical systems.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial sales independently.
- Knowledge of tendering and project-based sales.
- Customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation preparation.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
