Location: Mumbai & Kochi, Kerala
We're looking for experienced Non-QM DSCR Underwriters to join our growing team.
Experience Required: 2+ years (Current experience in Non-QM & DSCR underwriting).
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Non-QM & DSCR loan underwriting.
- Knowledge of investor guidelines and alternative documentation
- Experience with DU/LP and mortgage underwriting systems.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
