Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. The candidate should ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and effective workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical maintenance and installation work at the site.
- Monitor electrical equipment, panels, motors, and wiring systems.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Maintain daily work records and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, panels, motors, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to manage manpower and site activities effectively.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
